Project Management Lead at RVH

Lead impactful healthcare projects at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre. As a Project Management Lead, you’ll ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery while supporting operational improvements.

This full-time temporary role reports to the Manager of the Project Management Office. You will leverage your expertise in project management standards while collaborating on Capital Redevelopment, IT, and Operational Improvement projects. Effective multitasking within healthcare settings is essential as you guide teams and foster stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery

• Apply project management methodologies and tools effectively

• Provide training and expertise to project teams

• Develop operational improvement initiatives for better patient outcomes

• Build positive relationships with stakeholders across healthcare agencies

Requirements:

• 4-year degree in Project Management or related field

• PMP certification or ability to achieve within one year

• 3+ years of project management experience

• Experience in healthcare is preferred

• Solid leadership abilities and team-building skills
