In this full-time role, you'll oversee construction and maintenance teams to ensure the safe delivery of utility services. With a focus on safety compliance and stakeholder engagement, you'll need 10 years of experience in line construction, along with strong leadership and communication skills. Your efforts will help optimize operational processes and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate installation and maintenance activities of lines

• Implement safety measures and conduct job observations

• Collaborate with control room for outage planning

• Foster positive interactions with stakeholders

• Complete coaching and performance evaluations on a regular basis

Requirements:

• Certification as a Journeyperson required

• 10 years in distribution line maintenance

• 5 years in a supervisory capacity

• Strong conflict resolution abilities

• Maintain valid class “AZ” driver's license
