Position: Entrepreneurship & Employment Program Coordinator
Location: Midland

Drive meaningful change at Operation Grow as the Entrepreneurship & Employment Program Coordinator. This role centralizes self-employment initiatives and community collaboration within an anti-oppression framework.

You will lead the delivery and facilitation of the self-employment program, engaging directly with participants and partners. Focused on intersectional feminist principles, you’ll coordinate entrepreneurial workshops, track outcomes, and support local businesses. Your efforts will help create sustained engagement with program graduates, ensuring they thrive in their entrepreneurial journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead program sessions and participant outreach

• Implement entrepreneurial and job-readiness workshops

• Develop opportunities for participant networking and collaboration

• Coordinate co-working space usage for business development

• Prepare reports on program impacts and funding compliance

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience

• Knowledge of self-employment and entrepreneurial practices

• Strong leadership and coordination skills

• Proven ability in project management and community collaboration

• Understanding of feminist and harm reduction frameworks
