Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and lead spiritual care programs
• Conduct Bible studies and worship services
• Provide compassionate one-on-one spiritual guidance
• Document and communicate residents' spiritual needs
• Facilitate the recruitment and training of volunteers
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of experience in spiritual care
• Post-secondary degree in Theology or related field
• Experience with marginalized populations preferred
• Strong advocacy for diverse faith practices
• Certification in First Aid/CPR is a plus
