Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is pivotal in delivering educational programs related to HIV/AIDS and HCV prevention and treatment. Your experience should include social media management, training delivery, and community outreach to effectively raise awareness of Gilbert Centre's services. Engagement with local partners and organizations is also essential to promote health equity and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Curate and manage social media content and strategy
• Design and deliver educational workshops and presentations
• Develop outreach strategies for community engagement
• Organize community events focusing on HIV/AIDS education
• Provide emergency support as necessary
Requirements:
• Minimum one year experience in health promotion or related fields
• Strong communication skills and comfort with presentations
• Understanding of HIV, HCV, and related social issues
• Valid ‘G’ driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies
