Drive impactful self-employment initiatives as the Entrepreneurship & Job-Readiness Coordinator with Operation Grow. Foster community connections through strategic programming.

As a vital part of Operation Grow, the Entrepreneurship & Job-Readiness Coordinator will facilitate self-employment programs, ensuring they are delivered under an inclusive, intersectional feminist framework.

Your role involves collaborating with local stakeholders, guiding participants, and shaping community mentorships to bolster employment readiness and business skills. You'll also organize community events to further support program participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate programming for self-employment participants

• Engage local female entrepreneurs as mentors

• Implement job readiness workshops and support

• Track participant business outcomes and metrics

• Organize and oversee community Maker’s Markets

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of intersectional feminism

• Excellent program development and evaluation skills

• Proven experience in community engagement

• Ability to manage budgets and report findings
