Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in community networking events to promote YMCA services
• Facilitate workshops and information sessions for clients and employers
• Assist employers in developing client training plans
• Maintain and organize employer database according to privacy guidelines
• Monitor client progress during job placements
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in coaching and training
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on relationship building
• Knowledge of local labor market conditions
• Experience in employment services or relevant fields
• Bachelor's degree or related education in counseling
