Job Description:The Assistant Managers is responsible for overseeing, in tandem with the General Manager and culinary teams, all aspects of the Front of the House operations to ensure a seamless and profitable dining experience. This includes managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining high-quality service standards, and maximizing overall efficiency.
We are looking for a strong Assistant Manager or 2 to be the leaders of our team. You will train with the GM to make sure you are ready to go when he/she promotes through the system! Responsibilities- Collaborating with your Management team.
- Exemplifying hospitality for both guests and team members.
- Engaging with guests to ensure an exceptional level of satisfaction.
- Implementing strategies to boost sales and enhance profitability.
- Leading the hiring process, conducting interviews, onboarding, and training for various roles.
- Contributing to the development of every one of your kitchen and front house management teams.
- Manage and analyze financial parameters and controls for all areas of the restaurant and determine business priorities
- Managing the financials on a daily and weekly basis.
- Ensuring a spotless environment.
- Responsible for building strong teams and teaching people the knowledge.
- Working during the peak sales periods ensuring the hospitality experience as the face of the business with the guest.
