This Dietary Aide role focuses on meal support, sanitation, and resident engagement within a Senior Living community. You will assist with food preparation and ensure meals meet individual dietary needs. Attention to safety and a positive service attitude are critical in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals according to health regulations
• Plate food attractively for resident presentation
• Monitor kitchen cleanliness and compliance
• Engage with residents during dining experiences
• Assist with meal service and beverage needs
Requirements:
• At least one year of relevant service experience
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Required Food and Nutrition Management Diploma
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Capability to lift heavy items and work under pressure
