This seasonal full-time role offers a wage of $21.69 for 4 to 5 shifts per week. Your mission will be to support efficient operations and uphold service standards through effective training and team collaboration. You will also play a key role in ordering inventory and managing budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership in daily service performance
• Ensure compliance with brand service and product standards
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations
• Support staff in completing daily assignments
• Ensure adherence to inventory levels and ordering processes
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Reliable transportation access required
• Must hold Smart Serve certification
• Weekend shift availability is a must
• Must demonstrate a team-oriented approach
