Drive business development as a Sales Executive in the specialty chemicals sector. Focus on expanding customer portfolios while utilizing digital tools to enhance customer relationships.
This role is essential for developing new business and nurturing existing accounts in the pulp and paper manufacturing market. With over five years of sales experience, you will leverage technical support to empower your team and ensure accountability. Your impact will be measured by metrics such as new MPC generation and successful trial conversions while closely collaborating with sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new business opportunities in assigned region
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Utilize CRM technology to manage customer interactions
• Coach team members to enhance performance
• Track and report sales metrics and conversions
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant sciences or engineering
• Over 5 years of proven sales experience
• Background in specialty chemicals is preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
• Strong operational and technical knowledge
