As our Sales Manager, you’ll lead, coach, and inspire our sales representatives to consistently meet and exceed their targets. You’ll:

  • Track KPIs and ensure activity targets are hit.
  • Provide tools, training, and motivation for your team.
  • Attend prospective customer meetings alongside your sales reps.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager to align sales operations with company goals and ensure predictable, consistent performance.

Working With Us

This is a full-time, permanent position, with six-figure annual earnings for consistently high performance. We offer lucrative commissions, bonuses, a group benefits plan, pension, and vacation. The majority of your time will be spent traveling to meet prospects and leads across the GTA. Company vehicles during the workday, a cell phone, and your work‑related expenses will be covered. We’ll train you in proven sales techniques specific to our industry, and you’ll have all the tools and marketing materials necessary to succeed so you can focus your energy on execution.

Qualifications
  • Proven success in a sales management role (B2B preferred)
  • Experience developing and executing sales strategies
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an asset
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Diploma or degree in business or related field is an asset
