Gas Station Event Sales Representative

Kognitive Sales Solutions is looking for enthusiastic Gas Station Event Field Sales Representatives. Engage with customers outdoors, promoting Canadian Tire Financial Products and driving sales during the busy seasons.

This flexible seasonal position runs from April to September 2026, with both full-time and part-time roles available. You’ll work directly at assigned gas stations, educating clients on financial products while building relationships with staff. This role provides an opportunity for continuous employment with Kognitive beyond the seasonal contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work outdoors at assigned gas station locations

• Educate customers on financial product features

• Drive customer sign-ups and brand awareness

• Provide exceptional customer service and engagement

• Build positive relationships with gas station staff

Requirements:

• Sales or customer service experience preferred

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather

• Comfortable traveling within assigned territory

• Strong communication skills and confidence

• Access to a reliable vehicle is a plus
