Northlake Financial is expanding its team and is looking for dynamic individuals for its Inside Sales Representative positions. You will be responsible for managing dealer relationships across Canada, building a strong client book, and promoting our automotive financing solutions. Your ability to listen and solve problems will contribute significantly to the team's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage prospective dealers through proactive outreach
• Provide valuable support to enhance client experiences

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
• Background in finance or automotive sales preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must possess a valid Driver's license
