Summary
Greet customers professionally and assist with their needs
Understand preferences and recommend suitable vehicles
Build strong, long‑term customer relationships
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of vehicles, features, and options
Explain financing and leasing clearly
Present and demonstrate vehicles through test drives
Guide customers from first contact to purchase completion
Clearly explain pricing, incentives, and trade‑ins
Complete all paperwork accurately and efficiently
Respond to questions and concerns promptly
Follow up to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement
Deliver a smooth, positive buying experience
Work with sales, finance, and service teams to meet goals
Attend training and sales meetings
Assist with promotions and dealership events
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
Goal‑oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
Experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive industry is an asset but not required.

Expected compensation range: $85,000 to $130,000 + 4% vacation pay
