In this vital role, the Account Manager will work under the General Manager to enhance all sales functions. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with existing customers and actively seeking out new ones. This in-office position requires a proactive approach to daily sales activities, including effective communication and timely feedback to clients, ensuring your accounts reflect your ambition and entrepreneurial spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively grow existing accounts and attract new customers
• Engage in daily outbound calls and emails to drive sales
• Develop and present accurate quotes reflective of pricing strategies
• Utilize leads from marketing and trade shows for potential growth
• Maintain essential relationships to encourage customer loyalty
Requirements:
• Experience in account management or sales
• Strong communication skills in a consultative setting
• Capability to manage larger sales forecasts
• Attend trade shows and meet clients face-to-face
• Team-oriented mindset to support onboarding of new hires
