Position: Retail Sales Representative for Panels
Richelieu Hardware seeks a Retail Sales Representative in Southwestern Ontario to spearhead business development for decorative panels. This role combines outside sales with critical follow-ups to optimize customer engagement.

In this full-time position, you'll cover Kitchener, London, Windsor, and Niagara Falls, focused on building lasting relationships with retail partners. Leverage your experience in selling plywood and lumber products to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction across your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales to flooring stores and design center partners

• Manage new and existing customer relationships effectively

• Pursue and identify new sales opportunities

• Optimize territory management for achieving sales targets

• Develop action plans for sustained market presence

Requirements:

• Degree in marketing or relevant experience desired

• Minimum 5 to 7 years in a similar sales role

• Familiarity with building materials essential

• Proven skills in business development and relationship management

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
