Field Sales Representative

Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is on the lookout for highly motivated, sales-driven individuals who can spark excitement and foster connections with consumers in-store. As a Field Marketing Representative, your primary role is to educate customers and drive sales of Financial Products on behalf of one of Canada’s most trusted and iconic brands.

• Drive sales and educate customers on the features and benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk.
• Drive sales, advocacy and brand awareness for our client’s product. Provide exceptional customer service ensuring customers have a great experience.
• Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality as you work with customer information.
• Support in multiple store locations within your assigned region as needed.

• Base wage of $17.60/hour plus uncapped commission.

• Permanent FT or PT opportunities.
• Flexible schedule Mon-Sun between 10am-8pm.
