OverviewMattamy Homes brings forward‑thinking homebuilding to Canadians, focusing on a positive impact in the industry. This rotational Sales Associate role provides hands‑on experience across communities and positions you for future advancement as a Sales Consultant.
Responsibilities- Rotate across locations to provide sales coverage based on business needs and peak activity.
- Act as the main point of contact for prospective purchasers across multiple offices and communities.
- Support the sales process by identifying customer needs and sharing accurate information on home features, pricing, and purchase procedures.
- Assist in conducting show‑home tours, reviewing site and floor plans, and explaining available options.
- Attend and support homeowner appointments at various stages of the sales journey.
- Assist in preparing and executing purchase agreements and required documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Support prospecting and follow‑up activities, including responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative and operational support to Community Sales teams, maintaining purchaser files and entering information into corporate systems.
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the corporate database.
- Continuously learn Mattamy products, processes, and sales approach through on‑the‑job training and coaching.
- Two or more years of sales experience (real estate or new home sales an asset but not required).
- A strong desire to learn and develop a career in new home sales.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel and work across multiple locations and communities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to understand construction basics, site plans, and floor plans.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with adaptability to changing priorities.
- Proficiency with MS Office and comfort learning new systems.
- Self‑motivated with a positive attitude, able to work independently and within a team.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering a great customer experience in all interactions.
- Proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
This role works a 4‑day per week schedule, including weekends.
CompensationThe base salary range for this position is $70,000 – $110,000, depending on experience. Eligibility for the annual bonus program is also provided.
