Earning Potential: $50,000 + uncapped commissions
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop client leads, schedule appointments, uncover customer needs, and present appropriate products and service solutions
- Leverage product and sales process training to build your desired income earning potential
- Provide prompt, accurate, and extraordinary client experience A typical day may include making calls, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, prospecting etc.
- Working alongside the team and Agent/Owner in growing the business while developing yourself for advancement in the business
- Be excited about the opportunity to learn and develop yourself in an exciting career
- Sales experience (preferred).
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to relate to customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Organized, with the ability to problem solve.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of social media/ technology.
- Ability to motivate and leadership skills.
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
- Strong understanding of social media/ technology.
- Product/ sales experience (required).
- College diploma in a related field.
- Previous sales/marketing experience.
- Previous insurance experience in various property and casualty disciplines, such as underwriting, claims, sales or service would be an asset.
