Business Development Representative Barrie Ontario $50,000 Base + Commission

Our client, an independent distributor of electronic components, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative who is eager to grow and build a career in sales. This is a role for someone who thrives in outbound sales, loves working with a high-energy team, and is passionate about delivering results while developing strong customer relationships across Ontario!

• Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across electronics and manufacturing clients
• Collaborating internally with purchasing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure service excellence
• Attending client meetings and representing the company professionally

• 1+ years of experience in sales
• Enthusiasm for outbound sales and eagerness to grow your career
• Charismatic, confident, and professional communication style
• Accountable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while being a team player
