Position Title:

Neos Products Retail Sales Representative Panel Division

Location:

Southwestern, ON and Region

We are seeking a driven and results‑oriented Sales Representative to join our Barrie, ON team. This permanent full‑time position will cover Kitchener, London, Windsor and Niagara Falls regions. The role focuses on business development with both existing and new customers, maintaining strong customer relationships and promoting our innovative product lines. It is an outside/inside sales position with approximately 60% travel and 40% follow‑up calls and telephone/email business development.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling decorative panels, hardwood and softwood plywood, lumber and value‑added wood programs to a wide variety of retail lumberyards and building centres.

Sales Manager, Retail Panel Distribution

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to our retail lumber yards, flooring stores and design centre partners.
  • Focus on new business development while also managing and retaining existing customer relationships.
  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Effectively manage the assigned sales territory to ensure maximum sales growth and productivity.
  • Develop and implement territory action plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Skills Required
  • College or university degree in marketing or a related field, combined with relevant experience would be an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position is an asset.
  • Experience in sales to retail market and our target markets to be an asset.
  • General knowledge of retail building materials and experience with product lines.
  • Experience in business development with strong skills to canvass new opportunities.
  • The individual shall possess strong personal and organizational skills.
  • Must be highly motivated and can work independently.
  • Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word).
