Overview
We’re searching for an Account Executive, Commercial Insurance. Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive, Commercial Insurance in our Markham, ON/Barrie, ON office. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing a book of business and acting as an advisor to foster valued relationships with our commercial clients.
Expected CompensationThe expected hiring range for this role is $80,000 to $112,000 based on a 37.5-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity. Westland also offers a competitive commission for this role.

Role Responsibility and Objectives- As an Account Executive, Commercial Insurance, you’ll redefine the way commercial clients buy insurance by delivering innovative solutions to help achieve Westland’s growth strategy.
- Cultivate client relationships by providing a consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service.
- Uncover challenges and analyze the risks to prioritize product/service requirements.
- Develop marketing submissions, proposals and summaries of insurance programs and negotiate the best terms and conditions on behalf of clients.

- Minimum 5 years’ Commercial Lines experience and RIBO License
- Deep understanding and solid knowledge of Commercial Lines
