Core Responsibilities

Prospect & Pipeline Management

  • Conduct warm outreach to prospective clients following seminars, dinners, events, campaigns, and referrals
  • Build rapport and maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the early stages of the client journey
  • Schedule Intro Calls and maintain momentum leading up to meetings
  • Conduct reminder calls, follow‑ups, and touchpoints to reduce no‑shows and improve engagement
  • Reactivate inactive or dormant leads through thoughtful and professional outreach
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates, notes, statuses, and pipeline movement
  • Ensure all prospects are properly tagged, tracked, and followed up with according to company systems and standards
  • Support the CFP team by ensuring prospects arrive warm, informed, and engaged

Client Experience & Relationship Support

  • Deliver a high‑touch experience aligned with the Rich, Fulfilling Life™ philosophy
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with prospects and clients
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and document collection
  • Follow up on unpaid invoices, missing documents, and incomplete onboarding items
  • Help maintain milestone touchpoints and relationship continuity
  • Ensure prospects and clients feel supported, remembered, and cared for throughout the process

Events & Business Development Support

  • Attend seminars, networking events, dinners, and client experiences
  • Build genuine relationships with attendees and prospective clients
  • Support event follow‑up and relationship nurturing after each event
  • Assist with referral follow‑up and relationship expansion opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with advisors, operations, and marketing teams to maintain healthy pipeline flow

Coordination & Internal Communication

  • Maintain organized and compliant CRM records and communication logs
  • Ensure proper handoffs between pipeline, advisory, planning, and operations teams
  • Follow company systems, workflows, and operational procedures consistently
  • Complete scorecards, tasks, notes, and follow‑ups accurately and on time
  • Communicate pipeline updates and prospect statuses to leadership weekly

  • Degree or Certification in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, client experience, relationship management, hospitality, recruiting, or financial services
  • Experience handling CRM systems and pipeline management
  • Public‑facing or customer‑facing experience is considered an asset
