In this role, you will manage sales of leading products like Ditch Witch and Morbark within your designated territory. Your efforts will be centered around developing effective sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Strong negotiation and communication skills are vital to ensuring customer satisfaction and contract profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute sales strategies tailored to territory needs
• Prospect for new business opportunities effectively
• Promote the product line to boost brand visibility
• Negotiate contracts focusing on profitability
• Maintain detailed sales activity reports for analysis
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in heavy equipment sales
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to travel frequently within the territory
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
