Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and manage a network for mortgage referrals

• Identify and refer sales opportunities to BMO colleagues

• Collaborate with branch teams on mortgage processing

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in mortgage lending

• In-depth knowledge of the mortgage process and regulations

• Strong sales, customer service, and negotiation skills

• Expertise in personal lending and relationship management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
