As the primary contact for interested home buyers, you’ll create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every visitor feels valued. Duties include greeting guests, assisting Sales Advisors, and overseeing the presentation of the sales office. You’ll also be responsible for managing visitor sign-ins and supporting various sales-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors to the sales centre and model homes
• Respond to general inquiries and liaise with Sales Advisors
• Ensure the sales office is organized and ready for presentations
• Track visitor traffic through daily sign-in procedures
• Provide administrative support for documents and marketing material
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles
• Excellent time management skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Availability to work weekends at multiple locations
