Key Responsibilities:
• Rotate locations for optimal sales coverage
• Conduct tours and explain home features
• Assist with the preparation of purchase agreements
• Maintain purchaser files and documents
• Engage with customers during the sales journey
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in sales, real estate a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability
• Understanding of construction and site plans
• Proficient in MS Office
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
