Sales Associate in New Home Sales

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will provide consistent and professional support across various sales offices. Your responsibilities will include touring homes with potential buyers, assisting with purchase documentation, and offering administrative support to the sales team. Developing a deep understanding of Mattamy’s products and processes will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective buyers across multiple communities

• Provide tours and explain available options

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Support purchase agreement execution

• Engage in ongoing training and development

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant sales experience is an asset

• Strong customer service orientation

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to learn quickly about home construction

• Proficient in using MS Office applications
