Mattamy Homes Canada is seeking a Sales Associate to join its dynamic team in the GTA region. This full-time role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and offers hands-on experience in new home sales. You'll rotate across various sales locations, providing exceptional service and learning the home-buying journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Rotate locations for comprehensive sales coverage
• Serve as a contact for prospective purchasers
• Identify customer needs and share home feature details
• Conduct tours of show homes and explain options
• Support homeowner appointments during the sales journey
Requirements:
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred
• Strong willingness to learn new home sales dynamics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel across multiple communities
• Proficient in MS Office and corporate systems
