As a Sales Associate, you will assist the Store Management Team in managing store operations, including merchandising and packing up for seasonal changes. Your responsibilities involve generating sales and ensuring a welcoming guest experience while meeting the physical demands of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers to boost sales performance

• Actively participate in sign waving

• Conduct general housekeeping across the store

• Support merchandising and pricing initiatives

• Operate POS systems for efficient transactions

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years of age

• Ability to climb ladders and assist with fixtures

• Capable of lifting/moving up to 50 pounds

• Availability for 8-hour shifts standing or walking

• Knowledge of consignment storefront policies
