OSL is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the Field Sales Agent role. This position involves direct sales, where you introduce Hello Fresh’s innovative meal solutions to potential clients. You’ll work outdoors, become empowered through ongoing training, and enjoy the potential for commissions, bonuses, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential clients

• Introduce Hello Fresh products and benefits to customers

• Build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

• Participate in weekly team meetings for strategy updates

• Report on sales results and marketing strategies

Requirements:

• Previous direct sales or customer service experience is an asset

• Age 18 or older with authorization to work in Canada

• Reliable vehicle and valid G2 driver’s license required

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

• Strong time management and goal-oriented mindset
