Senior Geomorphologist Position

This position is key to AECOM's growth in fluvial geomorphology, where you will work alongside a dynamic team of geomorphologists, engineers, and ecologists.
Your role includes leading restoration projects, analyzing geomorphic data, and ensuring adherence to environmental regulations. Your expertise will facilitate improvements in fish passage and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead assessments for stream restoration projects
• Conduct field investigations and sediment analyses
• Interpret geomorphic data for actionable insights
• Draft and review technical project documentation
• Engage with clients and stakeholders across Canada
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field
• At least 6 years of applicable experience
• Proficient in GIS and data analysis tools
• Comprehensive understanding of river processes
• Ability to efficiently conduct fieldwork and travel
