• Ensure timely response to service requests within 2-4 hours

• Minimize parts costs while resolving client issues

Requirements:

• U.S. visa required for training travel

• Experience in electro-mechanical fields or relevant military roles

• Strong time management and reliability are essential

• Valid driver's license with appropriate insurance required

• Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and perform active duties
