Position: Maintenance Technician at CBRE

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED plus 1-2 years’ experience

• Ability to lift heavy loads of 50 lbs or more

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
