Key Responsibilities:

• Operate primary systems using live line techniques

• Construct and maintain secondary systems and sentinel lights

• Install and maintain overhead and underground circuits

• Evaluate line faults using maps and observations

• Assist in the training and guidance of apprentices

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

• Completion of Powerline Technician program

• Red Seal Certification of Qualification

• Valid Ontario Class DZ driver’s license

• Standard First Aid/CPR certification
