HVAC-R Service Technician

Position: HVAC-R Service Technician with Dexterra Group

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a range of HVAC-R systems. Your independent and collaborative spirit will support operational goals while ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance tasks

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC-R systems efficiently

• Maintain logs and reports through CMMS platforms

• Collaborate with vendors to ensure material availability

• Deliver technical guidance to junior staff members

Requirements:

• Ozone Depletion Prevention Certification required

• Minimum 3 years of relevant HVAC-R experience

• Strong knowledge of building automation systems

• Professional customer-focused service attitude

• Valid driver’s license required
