Apprentice Truck Technician 310T Position

Begin your career in automotive repair as a 310T Apprentice with Mid Ontario Truck Centre. This role provides a hands-on opportunity to service and diagnose heavy trucks in a supportive environment.

As an Apprentice Truck Technician, you will learn from experienced professionals while performing diagnostics and repairs on complex truck systems. Your responsibilities will include effective communication with your team and compliance with industry regulations. This is an in-person role that emphasizes both skill acquisition and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with foremen before commencing repairs

• Complete repairs efficiently within designated time frames

• Diagnose system issues including brakes and engine performance

• Use diagnostic tools to identify malfunctions

• Adhere to safety protocols and report any hazards

Requirements:

• GED or ACE educational qualification

• Proficient in computer usage with strong communication skills

• Interested in becoming a Licensed Heavy Duty Mechanic

• Valid Class G Drivers License required

• Enrolled in Trade School is an asset
