We are in search of a Lead Residential HVAC Installation Technician to join our team - Someone who takes pride in what they do and can demonstrate the following:

• Outstanding customer service and client relations.
• Success in both retrofit and new construction environments.
• A thorough understanding of residential and light commercial equipment including furnaces, AC's, boilers, hydronics, geothermal, heat pumps, air quality, zoning, wiring and all controls.
• Consistent, professional quality installation work.
• Knowledge of industry codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Accurate, detail-oriented reporting.

• 313A or 313D
• TSSA Gas Technician 2 (Gas 1 is an asset)
• ODP certificate
• In good standing with the OCOT/STO
• A valid G Driver's License, with a clean abstract

You will be responsible for installing and commissioning custom residential HVAC systems in retrofit applications and on new construction job sites. Installers are expected to be well rounded and able to plan and execute sheet metal work, gas piping, plumbing, control wiring, electrical work, etc. through the course of each install. You will be responsible for directing one or more junior staff on these jobsites, and assure that your team's work meet the goals and deadlines set by our systems designers and clients.

• TSSA G2 (or higher) (required)
• 313D or 313A (Min 3rd year AP and up) (required)
