You will play a key role in the Engineering and Technical Services function by providing support for various building systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems

• Diagnose issues through routine inspections

• Support installations and modifications for building equipment

• Track assigned work orders for efficient completion

• Inspect installations for compliance with codes

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or trade school diploma with relevant experience

• Physical capability to perform tasks including lifting

• Proficient communication skills for straightforward interactions

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products

• Strong organizational skills with a willingness to learn
