Position: Electrician for Utility Services in Ontario
Location: Wasaga Beach

Join our team as an Electrician for utility services in Wasaga Beach, Ontario. This full-time position focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting vital electrical systems in utility plants.

We seek qualified candidates with a valid Ontario Electrician’s Certificate and practical experience. Responsibilities include ensuring minimal disruption within electrical distribution systems and conducting comprehensive inspections. Strong problem-solving abilities will be essential for responding to alarms and maintaining equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components

• Maintain efficient operation of electrical distribution systems

• Perform regular inspections and diagnostics on equipment

• Implement lockout/tagout procedures for safety

• Manage material estimates for electrical repairs

Requirements:

• Ontario Electrician’s Certificate (309A) required

• Completion of approved apprenticeship program

• Willingness to pursue Operator-in-Training certification

• On-call availability and open to travel

• Understanding of safety and building codes
