As a Lead Installer, you will manage installations of heating and cooling systems, ensure adherence to regulations, and maintain outstanding customer relations. This full-time role is central to our service success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install custom HVAC systems at residential sites

• Supervise and coordinate the work of junior installers

• Perform comprehensive system checks and controls

• Maintain accuracy in reporting and documentation

• Comply with all relevant industry codes and standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record

• TSSA G2 or higher certification required

• Required 313A or 313D license (minimum 3rd year AP)

• Critical thinking and detail-oriented reporting skills
