CBRE Senior Electrician and Building Operator

As part of the Engineering and Technical Services team, your responsibilities will span the management of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will perform inspections, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations like the Canadian Electrical Code. Additionally, you will be involved in electrical shutdown planning and support emergency responsive efforts after hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain MEP systems effectively

• Conduct critical equipment inspections daily

• Monitor and enhance building automation systems

• Implement comprehensive maintenance plans

• Read and interpret electrical schematics accurately
Requirements:

• Licensed Electrician status essential

• Experience in building maintenance and system operations

• Familiarity with Canadian Electrical Code compliance

• Prior experience in emergency response operations

• Proficient in work order management using CMMS
