Lead Installer
Reporting To: Install Field Manager
Department: Home Services Operations
Location: Barrie

Rate of Pay: $37.43 per hour - as per collective agreement
Hours of Work: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., five (5) consecutive days per week
Complete all HVAC, water heater, and all other equipment installations relating to products sold by Enercare Home Services.
Responsibilities- Accountable and responsible for sustaining and delivering high customer satisfaction and excellence levels in our Home Service Operations Group.
- Accountable and responsible for the effective and efficient completion of installations, delivery and removal of equipment required for performing all installations to company standards and in keeping with our value proposition.
- Responsible for assuring all tools and equipment used are in good and safe working order.
- Accountable for receiving installation orders from assigned supervisor.
- Responsible for calling customers to arrange for pre-measuring where necessary.
- Responsible for keeping installation vehicle clean and neat both inside and out in keeping with the company's professional image.
- Responsible for keeping vehicle stocked with all material necessary to perform daily duties.
- Responsible for promoting Enercare products and services.
- Responsible for providing best advice to customers on repairing or replacing existing equipment.
- Must have valid Gas Fitter 2 or Gas Fitter 1 license.
- Must have valid 313D AC license.
- Must have CFC Permit (ozone depletion).
- Must have a valid Driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract maintained.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years, recent HVAC equipment installation experience.
- Must be physically able to perform heavy lifting as per the Physical Needs Analysis (attached).
- Must have the ability to operate all necessary tools and equipment related to installation projects.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
- Proven commitment to the delivery of customer‑focused service.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Results oriented achieving high levels of individual and team performance.
- Preferred licenses in plumbing, electrical work, sheet metal.
