Landscape Construction Team Lead Position

Take charge at The Grounds Guys Barrie as a Team Lead for landscape construction. Manage a dedicated team while overseeing daily operations and engaging in hands-on installation work.

In this role, you will lead a crew of up to four members at The Grounds Guys Barrie. Your responsibilities include operating equipment and performing hardscape services such as interlock and retaining wall installations. You will also handle client inquiries and complete necessary reports via our company app.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and inspire a crew of up to four workers

• Operate mini-excavator, loader, and other machinery

• Engage in landscape construction activities on-site

• Address client questions and provide effective solutions

• Complete daily reports and job documentation accurately

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in landscape construction

• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience

• Reliable transportation to the shop is essential

• Valid G license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and endure various weather conditions
