Position: Lead Installer for Enercare Services
Become a Lead Installer at Enercare in Barrie, specializing in HVAC systems and water heater installations. Focus on delivering superior customer service while meeting installation standards.
This role involves reporting to the Install Field Manager within Enercare's Home Services Operations. You’ll be accountable for efficient installations, equipment upkeep, and ensuring tools are in working order. Customer communication will be key as you schedule pre-measurements and provide repair or replacement advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through installations

• Complete HVAC installations and water heater set-ups

• Ensure all tools and equipment are safe to use

• Communicate with customers for pre-measuring appointments

• Keep the vehicle clean and stocked with required materials
Requirements:

• Valid Gas Fitter 2 or 1 license required

• CFC Permit for ozone compliance needed

• 3 years of recent HVAC installation experience

• Clean driver's license required

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
