Become a Lead HVAC Installer with Nottawasaga Mechanical in Wasaga Beach, Ontario. This important role requires expertise in residential systems and strong leadership on job sites.
At Nottawasaga Mechanical, we've proudly served the Georgian Triangle since 1986. We seek a highly skilled HVAC technician with at least 4 years of residential experience, well-versed in installation and commissioning. You will be expected to guide junior team members while executing installations and adhering to safety codes, ensuring exceptional service and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems in retrofit and new construction settings

• Direct and mentor junior installation staff on site

• Manage sheet metal, plumbing, and gas piping tasks

• Maintain detailed records and documentation for installations

• Ensure compliance with HVAC industry regulations
Requirements:

• 4 years of proven residential HVAC installation experience

• TSSA G2 certification (or higher) required

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract

• Certification 313D or 313A (minimum 3rd year AP)

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
