Sprinkler Crew Lead in Fire Protection

As the Sprinkler Crew Lead, you will oversee maintenance and repair activities while maintaining compliance with all safety and technical standards. In addition, mentoring apprentices and communicating clearly with clients and management will play a vital part in your position. This role ensures you are engaged in every aspect of field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise sprinkler and fire protection job execution

• Assign tasks and provide real-time technical support

• Perform inspections and oversee maintenance tasks

• Conduct safety reviews and assessments in the field

• Build relationships with clients and manage site communication

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years experience with fire systems

• Valid Sprinkler Fitter Journeyperson certification

• Deep knowledge of NFPA standards and codes

• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills

• Clean driver's license required
