We are hiring an Experienced Mechanic to provide essential maintenance and repair for our fleet of vehicles, including heavy trucks and snow removal equipment. Your diagnostic skills will play a crucial role in our operations.

In this position, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing various mechanical systems on heavy-duty equipment. With a focus on safety, you'll manage tasks from routine maintenance to complex repairs. This role requires a proactive approach and ability to work independently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect gasoline and diesel-powered units for defects

• Perform repairs on heavy-duty vehicles in the field

• Install and troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems

• Maintain equipment functionality through regular upkeep

• Communicate safety issues and adhere to safety regulations

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of Heavy Equipment Mechanic experience

• Completion of vocational training in related fields

• Working knowledge of maintenance practices and standards

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to lift heavy objects and adapt to various working conditions
