As a key member of our team, you will travel to assigned properties, communicate findings clearly, and follow necessary safety protocols. Ideal candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and an understanding of relevant laws and codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical assessments and repairs at residential locations

• Record and document work completed with clarity

• Address urgent electrical problems during scheduled calls

• Communicate effectively with property management and tenants

• Recommend follow-up work as necessary

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid electrical license

• Experience in residential electrical maintenance
